Official arrival cards and travel authorisations may be available at no cost through the respective government websites. We charge a service fee for the assistance, review, and support we provide.

Our objective is to minimise errors and reduce processing delays, particularly for travellers unfamiliar with the specific requirements of their destination country.
How long does it take to process an application?
Processing times vary by country and document type. Most ETA and digital arrival card applications are processed within 24 to 72 hours after submission. Some destinations, such as the India e-Visa, may take longer depending on government processing queues. We always recommend applying at least 72 hours before your departure.
What occurs in the event my application is rejected?
